• Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the home.
• Pets are strictly not allowed inside the bathroom and on the Beds. Guests are requested to carry pet beds and take care of their pets safety.
• Please note that occasional voltage fluctuations/outages may occur, and we request your patience in case of any temporary issues or delays. We also encourage you to be mindful of water and power usage during your stay.
• Please be advised that check-ins and check-outs are not permitted after 6:00 PM. Additionally, the villa is equipped with electric fencing for security purposes.
• The villa provides 2 hours of UPS backup, with estate generator support, however, AC will not be operational during the backup.
• The approach road to the villa is slightly underdeveloped and has rough terrain.
• Guests are requested to treat the beautifully curated stay and experience with care.
• Property staff and caretakers will ensure a comfortable stay
• Guests are not allowed to access the kitchen, please connect with the staff for any support.
• A caretaker is present on the site along with additional staff for housekeeping, cleaning and cooking.

• If booking is cancelled 21 days before checkin date, guests are entitled to a full refund. While, 50% refund if cancelled between 21-11 days before checkin date

• Any cancellations made less than 11 days before your checkin date, would not be refunded.

• A nominal cancellation fee (5%) is charged for processing the refund. While, refund in travel credits have no processing fee.

• Refunds for cancellations would only be processed in the form of travel credits if any amount of travel credits is utilised for booking.

• If any non cancellable coupon is used while booking, all cancellation policies are overridden. The guest is not entitled to any refund while rescheduling is possible*

• Cancellation for peak dates, including Holi (14th–15th March 2025), Independence Day (15th August 2025), Diwali (18th–28th October 2025), and Christmas & New Year (24th December 2025–2nd January 2026), will not be accepted.

• In case of extreme last-minute cancellations due to extenuating circumstances, Guests will be refunded 85% of booking amount if SaffronStays gets another booking for the same date(s). If not, Guests will not be given a refund, and the cancellation will be treated as a no-show.

• If the Guest has made a partial payment, they are entitled to no refund whatsoever.
